Master of Science in Biotechnology or M.Sc. is a postgraduate Biotechnology course. Biotechnology is a field of applied biology that involves the use of living organisms and bioprocesses in engineering, technology, medicine. This course aims to deliver high-quality curriculum with strong vocational elements and professional skills development with a focus on the areas of Biotechnology such as Molecular Biology, Genetic Engineering, Agricultural Biotechnology, Applied Microbiology, Bioinformatics and Bioprocess Technology. Biotechnology is an application of the disciplines of biology involving the use of living organisms and bioprocesses in engineering, technology, medicine. The duration of M.Sc. Doctoral Programmes

Eligibility Master’s Degree from any AIU/UGC/AICTE recognized University/ Institutions or any other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto in the fields of study notified from time to time by the University. A minimum of 55% marks or CGPA of 5.5 on a 10 point scale in the qualifying examination (50% marks or CGPA of 5.0 on a 10 point scale for SC/ST candidates).
