  • Mr. M. R. Sivaraman

    An IAS officer with rich and varied management exposure at the National and International levels, Mr. Sivaraman has been the Union Revenue Secretary and Executive Director International Monetary Fund responsible for India, Srilanka, Bhutan and Bangladesh. Subsequently he was appointed Advisor to the United Nations Security Council Committee on Counter Terrorism.

    Presently he is the Chairman of the Governing Council Lawrence School Lovedale in Nilgiris which is under the Ministry of Human Resources Development, and also Chairman of a number of Private Limited Companies and on the board of directors of some others. A visionary gifted with a creative mind, Mr. Sivaraman is a role model for the aspiring executives and leaders of tomorrow.

  • Mr. Santosh Nautiyal

    An IAS official of the 1968 batch belonging to the Orissa cadre, Mr Santosh Nautiyal is a known name among the administrative circle, legendarily famous for his dynamic leadership quality and administrative skills. Former Managing Director of IPICOL; he was on the Boards of several companies. In his capacity as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Steel, Mr. Nautiyal served as nominee of the Government of India on Board of large public sector companies like the National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) and Kudermukh Iron Ore Company Ltd. (KIOCL).

    As chairman of Food Corporation of India (FCI) performed magnificently and introduced several innovative plans for the public corporation. As Chairman NHAI, he was also responsible for implementation of the ambitious National Highways Development Project. Nonetheless, for a person like Nautiyal's calibre, hard work and mental agility come naturally to him and winning battles against time is not a difficult task. Presently he is an Independent Director on the board of the ONGC and NTPC

  • Shri Brijesh Kumar IAS

    Shri Brijesh Kumar is a distinguished officer from the 1968 batch of the IndianAdministrative Service and belongs to Uttar Pradesh Cadre. He retired as Secretary IT in the Government of India. Shri Kumar with 36 years of vast, rich and diverse experience has the distinction of holding key positions in a number of PSUs as well as in Uttar Pradesh Government and Government of India.

    In the span of his outstanding career, He had held a variety of posts including that of Chairman, Board of Revenue (UP); Chairman & CEO, Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (UP); and the NOIDA Industrial Authority, Principal Secretary, Industrial Development; Managing Director in Air India; Chairman & MD, Indian Airlines; Secretary to the UP Govt in the departments of Small Scale Industries & Export Promotion (UP); Food & Civil Supplies (UP); Technical Education (UP). Earlier he was also MD, Pradeshik Cooperative Diary Federation (UP); MD, Pradeshik Cooperative Federation (UP).

    USA (Independent Marketing and Communications Professional Greater New York City Area)

    Susana Maclean earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, USA, in 1990.  She has worked as a consultant and a director of marketing for 19 years in consulting firms, corporations, and arts organizations.  Experience with starting and developing new businesses includes new consumer products market research at Yankelovich, Clancy, Shulman; launching a $7 million business at American Express, and spearheading branding and identity initiatives’ at American Express, The New York Philarmonic, and the American Composers Orchestra. 

    Susana has kindly agreed to become an online mentor for the Entrepreneurship programme.

  • Mr Divakar Dev, IAS

    Mr Divakar Dev has more than 43 years of rich experience of which 36 years were with Government. He has specialized knowledge of the Power Sector and ten years in two leading All India Financial Institutions. He was the Chairman and Managing Director of Rural Electrification Corporation (REC), Managing Director of UP Small Industries Corporation Ltd and Director and then as Chairman and Managing Director of Bharat Aluminum Company Ltd. Since 2007 he is working as the Electricity Ombudsman for the state of Uttarakhand in India.

    Dr. Gavin Didsbury’s is a Member, Australian Institute of Management. His professional career commenced within the field of clinical psychology and moved into the organizational psychology sphere, where he assists Directors, Senior Executives and company owners with strategic HR issues. Such coaching and development work focuses on the alignment of management and staff development issues with core business objectives. Through many years of experience Dr. Gavin Didsbury gained insights into the ‘intangibles’ of organizational knowledge, people assets, culture and motivation which is backed by the more tangible experience of day-to-day co-management of a major consulting business

  • Dr Poonam Sinha

    Regional Director, NIESBUD (Dehradun)

    Dr. Sinha is Ph.D. from BHU and is a Behavioral Science specialist with 16 yrs of teaching and research experience. She has written and presented large number of papers especially on Entrepreneurship.

    Some prominent ones are Empowerment of Women through Development of Micro Enterprises, Women Empowerment, Entrepreneurship and Perspective Micro Enterprises-Changing Paradigms in North Eastern India, Impact of Training on First Generation Entrepreneurs, Problems and Prospects of Women Entrepreneurship in Uttarakhand. She is actively involved in conducting workshops and seminars on Entrepreneurship and International Training Programme on Small and Medium Enterprise Management

  • Mr Shailendra Gairola

    Mr Shailendra Gairola did his Engineering From BHU in 1961 and M Tech (Prod Tech) and C Eng from UK. He has a rich work experience in various senior capacities in India and abroad. He has been the President of the Gaziabad Management Association.

    Mr Gairola was President and Executive Director Rider Electronics Ltd, Bombay from where he retired in 2001. Presently he is a management consultant based in Delhi.

  • Mr Umesh Dimri

    Mr Umesh Dimri did his Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur. He worked for 35 years in Siemens and held several key positions: Including Head of Projects for all India, Vice President Sales India. Was deputed for Foreign Assignments in several Siemens locations at Erlangen (Germany), Stockholm, Amsterdam, London, New Jersey , Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, Atlanta, Toronto & Edmonton. Presently working as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a leading Radiology & Imaging Group


    Special guest lecture at School of a Hotel Management & Hospitality was conducted by well known chef Rajeev Wali. He spoke on the topic "International Cuisines". Chef Rajeev Wali informed the students about the Intricacies of Cuisines from various part of the world, their origin and different stages of evolution through .

    It was a good learning experience for the students. They had an interactive session with Mr. Wali , where they were able to get their queries answered.
