B.Tech Counseling-2012 Notification

Reporting          : Saturday 30^th June, 2012 from 6:00 AM - 09:00 PM

                                  : Sunday 1^st  July, 2012 from 6:00 AM - 09:30 AM

Counseling       : Sunday 01^st July, 2012     Time: 09:30 AM Onwards

Original documents required at the time of reporting are as follows:

1.            Counseling fee receipt (will be given at the University reporting desk)

2.            DD of Rs. 5,000/- in favor of Graphic Era Educational Society, payable at   

           Dehradun.

3.            AIEEE- 2012  rank  card.

4.            Mark sheet of 10^th and 12^th Examination.

5.            Domicile certificates (for Uttarakhand Candidates Only)

6.            Original Certificates required for SC/ST/OBC(Last Six Months)/AF/FF/PH CANDIDATES (for Uttarakhand candidates only)

7.            Character Certificate from the passing out Institution.

8.            Affidavit of year gap if any.

9.            Medical fitness Certificate.

10. Valid ID proof.( Driving license, voter ID, PAN card,etc.)

11.         Two passport size photographs.

Attested  photocopy set of the above mentioned documents.

The initial deposit of Rs. 5,000/- as counseling fee, for the candidates who secure admission, will be adjusted in the tuition fee or refunded as per the University norms.

Note: Accomadation facility for candidates/ Guardians are availiable on nominal payment basis.  Interested candidates may contact Admission department in advance for prior arrangement.
