Practical Approach For Creative Engineers(PACE)
A Platform for Incubation of Innovations in the University Campus-PACE Club
A new club is being introduced in the university. This is a club to promote scientific and educational activities towards advancement of the theory knowledge gained in the classes. The club provides a platform for all students for dissemination of new ideas, development, practical experiments, which concentrate on both theory and practices. In today’s world an engineer is not only expected to successfully cope with theoretical challenges, but also to deal with technical and non-technical issues arising from difficult situations. So with a vision to incubate innovations PACE club is formed.
OBJECTIVES:
1. To foster and conduct collaborative seminars in technologies within the areas of expertise.
2. To educate young engineers in latest technologies and facilitate them.
3. To incubate innovations in students by making them think differently.
4. To organize industrial tours for students to cope with the practical approach.
The Club activities are focused to enable the students to gain knowledge as well as hands on experience in different domains of engineering.
The frequent seminars and workshops will lead to the clarity of basic concepts in practical terms, which will help students sooner or later.
We will be having workshops in area of
*Embedded System.
*ECD (Elementary Circuit Designing) using ORCAD.
*VLSI (Very Large Scale Integration).
*VHDL (VHSIC Hardware Description Language).
*Wireless Robotics.
*.NET
*Ethical Hacking.
*3-D Animation.
*Android Development.
*Web Development.
The main focus area of the club is to teach students what it means to work in a team and how to make an easy approach towards practicals as well as theory in latest technologies.
We believe in the fact that “Engineering is not merely knowing and being knowledgeable, like a walking encyclopedia; Engineering is not merely analysis and possession of the capacity to get elegant solutions to non-existent engineering problems, Engineering is practicing the art of the organized forcing of technological change.”
