Graphic Era University is declared as a deemed to be University U/S 3 of UGC Act. 1956 vide Notification F.9-48/2007-U.3(A) dated August 14, 2008 of the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.

NBA (AICTE) Accreditation Notification

Note:  All courses under AICTE that were eligible for accreditation by NBA(AICTE) in the Graphic Era Institute of Technology at the time of formation of Graphic Era University are accredited. Henceforth, Graphic Era University will be accredited under the directive and supervision of UGC by NBA(AICTE) / NAAC(UGC) after three years of its formation.
