The School of Management has been established at Graphic Era University with twin objectives. First, to create world class business leaders who will take business enterprises to the pinnacles of success and secondly, to create entrepreneurs who will create new benchmarks through creativity and innovation, create jobs for millions and contribute to the growth of the regional and national economy.
To achieve these objectives, the methodology of imparting training is based on Experiential Learning - the student goes through an interactive training process that comprises of classroom lectures, case study analysis, simulations, business games, group exercises, guest lectures by industry experts, industry visits, internship programs, foreign study tour and international student exchange programs. These modules, along with personality development programs, foreign language classes, club activities and inter-college competitions, lead to a holistic development of attitudes, skills and knowledge of students making them well groomed to take on the challenges of the corporate world.
The teachers at Graphic Era University come from diverse backgrounds such as Academics, Industry and Armed Forces with a plethora of skills and humungous knowledge base. Well known foreign faculties also come for teaching Graphic Era students as a part of the Faculty Exchange Program. Besides teaching, the faculties are also actively involved in research, consulting projects with the industry and conducting management development programs for the industry professionals. This also gives a window of opportunity to Graphic Era students to participate in live projects and enrich their experience and knowledge.

This is facilitated by the Corporate Interface Cell which not only brings the best of companies from every sector to Graphic Era Campus, but also mentors and trains the students on how to appear for the interviews in a professional manner. For students who are interested to go for entrepreneurship after completing the course, mentoring and guidance is provided on how to secure grants or venture capital to implement their dream projects.
